My Burrowing Owl design printed on Organic Cotton Drill as a 15” throw pillow. The color palette includes the warm browns and creams of the owls with the classic sage greens of the Southwest. This has an overlapping back closed with a ribbon and a 16” feather pillow insert with a cotton case.
Inspiration: When I started doing the Railyard Artisan Market here in Santa Fe every week, I quickly discovered the popularity of owls with my Great Horned Owl scarf. I proceeded to draw more New Mexico owls and this Burrowing Owl brings the most delightful stories. They have a lot of personality and then with their tiny size and engaging faces they are many people’s favorite wildlife!
