Here’s my Jackrabbit drawing with a pale Robin egg blue background. My hare is all soft browns & peachy pinks set against a glacier blue ground with peach, teal green & turquoise blue in the border. Done in a soft Pima Cotton Lawn with options for 1/8” fine machine or hand stitched rolled hems(rolled hems pictured), approximately 26” square. Fabric printed in the UK, drawings and stitching done by myself.
The inspiration: This is the posture I often spot Jackrabbits in. Alert and waiting, ready to burst into tremendous speed if needed. My eye is first drawn to their peach ears as the light tends to glow through them.
