Here’s my Sour Cherry Blossoms design. This scarf is for green & olive tone lovers. Its predominantly cream, black & green motif is highlighted with subtle accents of gold/green, mint and darkest mauve. Excellent for wardrobes including a healthy amount of black. It will look well on an olive skin tone, will bring out warmth in a pale one and will highlight an earthy complexion nicely as well. Done in a soft Pima Cotton Lawn. Available with 1/8” machine hem or hand stitched rolled hems, approximately 26” square. Fabric printed in the UK, drawings and stitching done by myself.
The inspiration: Santa Fe is a tree filled city and very lovely. All the buildings are adobe in style and all the landscaping is done in rocks, indigenous plants, oaks & flowering trees. The largest of the blooming ones seem to be the white Sour Cherries.
