The inspiration: When I walk my dogs I take a lot of shadow pics. They are so sharply defined in the bright New Mexico sun. This Wolves Traveling and its sister drawing Horses Traveling are from a desire to show the life of wildlife, in motion. The Landscape they are moving through depicts the Chamisa, Sage brush and Juniper common in our semi arid region. The soft sage green tones tells you it’s summer with the monsoon bringing rains through most afternoons.
