Here’s my drawing of a Coyote with dried curled grasses on a dark espresso brown background. Giclee printed on fine art photographic paper with a matte finish and slight watercolor paper texture, 8” x 8”.

The inspiration: I’ve been creating a New Mexico inspired collection and at the top of my mind as I thought about the wildlife of the Southwest was the beautiful caramel tones of the Coyote. The colors in this one include warm golds, cream, black and a lovely medium grey. Perfect for those who love, dark brown, espresso, camel, ivory or grey.
