Here’s my drawing of a Cougar on a dark plummy brown background. Giclee printed on fine art photographic paper with a matte finish and slight watercolor paper texture, 8” x 8”.

The inspiration: I’ve been creating a New Mexico inspired collection and it wouldn’t be complete without this beautiful big cat seen in local mountains. The colors in this one include cream & buff as well as plum & a dusty coral with a hint of amber from the eyes.
